A commission for my brother Alex! Who wanted to see Itzpapalotl again. She's a... well... she's interesting.
A succubus turned minor-deity of his world. She's based after two deity like figures in myth: Mara - the demon that controls the wheel of life in Buddhism and Itzpapalotl, the Obsidian Clawed Butterfly, an Aztec goddess of fate and storms. She likes to claim she's the Boddhisatva - the next great Buddha. As a result she likes to present herself as having all '32 marks of the Buddha'. Which was actually fun to research. Some of the marks include, all 32 are way to many to include: An elongated, lengthy body Golden hued skin Wide bright blue eyes Blue-Black wavy hair that always curls clockwise A royal turban coil upon the head A white wisp of hair from the center of the brow Alex - she is quite possibly the coolest character ever. I'm so glad I get to play and tinker with her! Itzpapalotl belongs to my brother and me! Art done by me - now belongs to him! Special patterns and brushes - *redheadstock |
